In Episode 34 Gabby speaks with breathing expert Tim Altman.
Tim has been an athlete & state, national & international level Kayaking coach for over 35 years, respiratory therapist for the last 10 years, & author of "Breathing Dynamics". Tim suffered from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome whilst preparing for the Olympics in the 1990’s, & this life-changing experience eventually propelled him into studying natural medicine. Tim supports people with chronic illness, athletes, & many others to achieve peak performance in all that they do by offering 1:1 sessions, group workshops & his Breathing Dynamics online courses. Tim is a co-host of the Take a Breath Health & Lifestyle Show.
